The Providenciales Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) has announced that it will relocate its operations to Town Centre Mall in September.
According to the DMV, with this relocation, among the changes to be expected will be a more comfortable and efficient service delivery such as:
· Queue management system to improve service efficiency:
· A more spacious customer reception and waiting area to accommodate more customers and reduce outdoor queuing; and
· Improved application process with downloadable application forms with detailed documentation checklists to ensure customers have the correct documentation before visiting.

According to the DMV, this relocation aligns with the Government’s commitment to improving the customer service experience for all Turks and Caicos Islands residents and visitors.
The DMV said the public will be notified by mid-August about the relocation schedule, and any changes in services or operating hours through various Government communication channels, including local and social media.
In the meantime, the DMV said it is focused on creating a better experience for its employees and users, and invites the public’s support and patience as it implements the project over the next few months.
