Attended by 25 National Federations, the program hosted an agenda of workshops on the following areas: strategic planning, governance, grassroots, coaches and officials, and 3x3. Officials and speakers guided these sessions in four steps: knowledge sharing, strategic planning feedback, mentoring, and implementation support.

The extensive agenda for the weekend also delved into the importance of 3x3, one of the fundamental pillars of FIBA, Olympic Solidarity, as well as "Basketball For Good" projects of the FIBA Foundation.
