The Turks and Caicos Islands will see one of the Caribbean’s most anticipated celebrations of taste, talent, and togetherness as Grace Bay Resorts and The Wine Cellar present the 15th Annual Caribbean Food & Wine Festival (CFWF) from November 4–9, 2025.

Now celebrating a remarkable 15 years of culinary excellence, the festival continues to bring together world-renowned chefs, celebrated winemakers, and the best of Caribbean hospitality for six unforgettable days of inspired dining, fine wine, and island magic.

This year’s lineup features James Beard Award-winning Chef Jeremiah Langhorne, Chef Justin Fourton, and Turks and Caicos’ very own Culinary Ambassador, Chef Nikita Skippings each bringing their artistry and passion to the tables of paradise.

The festival’s international flavors will be complemented by an impressive roster of winemakers, including Katie Madigan of St. Francis Winery, Curtis McBride of 689 Cellars, and Martin Armour representing Veuve Clicquot, offering expertly curated pairings for every event.

“This collaboration is built on a shared love for extraordinary food, exceptional wine, and the incredible people of Turks and Caicos,” said Tony Garland, Operations Manager of The Wine Cellar. “The energy and excitement this festival brings each year is truly unmatched. We want to highlight our partners and say a big thank you to the committee for bringing what we only imagine to life.”

New for 2025: Three Signature Events, One Unforgettable Celebration

The 15th Anniversary edition introduces three exciting new events that celebrate Caribbean culture, community, and creativity in spectacular fashion.

Taste of Turks – Led by Chef Nikita Skippings, this vibrant opening event celebrates the authentic flavors and culinary heritage of the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Turks Head Jerk Festival – A lively, family-friendly showcase of Caribbean street food culture featuring local jerk stations and the irresistible aromas of island spice.

Salt, Sand & Fire: A BBQ Feast by Chef Justin Fourton – This extraordinary new signature event promises to make history with the longest dining table the Caribbean has ever seen, set on the award-winning Grace Bay Beach. Every dish on the menu will “touch the smoke,” showcasing the primal art of open-fire cooking in a breathtaking seaside setting.

“It’s important that our events highlight the rich culture and flavors of the Turks and Caicos Islands,” said Chef Frank Castleton of Grace Bay Club. “We’re especially thrilled to add these new experiences, each paying tribute to the Caribbean’s culinary soul.”
