Andaz Turks & Caicos Residences at Grace Bay announces over $70 million in sales to date as the highly-anticipated resort and residential property continues to make significant construction progress ahead of its early 2026 debut.
Developed in partnership with Vista Development Inc. and BYD TCI Construction, Andaz Turks & Caicos has surpassed significant construction milestones since breaking ground in August 2023 including taking the project vertical. Continuing at this rate, the property is slated to complete a new floor every 45 days, with vertical construction on track for a December 2025 completion.
Hyatt will begin welcoming owners and guests in early 2026 as the second luxury branded resort on Providenciales and the first for the Hyatt Hotels portfolio. The first model hotel room will debut this June, adding a physical component to the Andaz Turks & Caicos’ sales office experience for owners and prospects. Since sales launched, the project continues to see strong condo sales interest including the sell-out of its studio offerings and the upcoming release of new condo inventory including the premium “Reef Collection” units.
