Arrest Warrant issued for Escapee Jamaican National

The Royal Turks and Caicos Police Force has issued an arrest warrant for an escapee from one of its lock-ups.

The man is identified as Sean Omeally Hutchinson, 36, a Jamaican National. Hutchinson, was allegedly apprehended with a firearm by the police. However, he managed to escape custody.
