Blaze at Grand Turk Store Under Investigation

Police are investigating a structural fire that damaged a commercial building in Grand Turk early Friday morning.

According to a media release from the Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force, officers responded to a report of a fire at approximately 4:26 a.m. on March 27, 2026. The blaze occurred at a store identified as TINGS GALORE, located along Cane Alley, Over Back.

Upon arrival, officers observed that the concrete structure had been partially damaged by fire.

The Fire Department responded promptly and was able to extinguish the blaze. There were no reports of injuries.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
