Cheshire Hall, Flamingo, Revolution win in Women’s League

It was another round of exciting matches in the Turks and Caicos Islands Football Association (TCIFA) Women's Premier League, played on June 12, at the Academy Field at Venetian Road.

In the first encounter, Flamingo Football Club blanked Teachers 2-0, in what was a competitive affair.


The second game of the day featuring Revolution Football Club versus SWA Sharks, was an exciting affair. That game was end-to-end action, which saw 8 goals being scored. In the end, the Revolution prevailed by a 5-3 margin.


In the feature encounter of the night, Cheshire Hall FC faced a competitive Academy Eagles, against whom they had to pull out all the stops to carve out a hard-fought 2- 1 win.


The competition continues this Saturday, July 17, with three matches. In the first scheduled encounter, Flamingo will oppose SWA Sharks at 6pm. At 7pm, Academy Eagles will go up against Revolution. At 8pm, Revolution will return to match skills against Teachers FC.
