The Department of Maritime and Shipping has launched a new digital portal designed to make essential maritime services faster, easier and more accessible.
Maritime stakeholders, commercial operators, private vessel owners and government entities can now access and schedule services 24 hours a day from any smartphone, tablet or computer.
The modernised portal simplifies administrative processes and helps vessel owners and operators remain inspection-ready, maintain regulatory compliance and minimise downtime.
Digital services available
The portal provides convenient access to the following services:
· Vessel inspections: Book initial, annual and renewal inspections for commercial and private vessels.
· Boat Master’s Licence examinations: Schedule interviews, theory examinations and practical examinations in one place.
· Craft and jet ski inspections: Register and arrange safety inspections for personal watercraft, including jet skis, and non-motorised craft.
