If former National Football League (NFL) superstar Donald Ward Penn has his way, a full-fledged local programme could be on the cards as early as next year.

Penn, in an interview with NewslineTCI on Wednesday, November 22, said he was ready to bring in some of his former teammates to build a programme locally so to enable the Turks and Caicos Islands becoming a viable American Football Country in the medium to long term.
