FortisTCI ISO Certified in IT Service Management, Information Security

FortisTCI has attained certification in ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 Information Technology Service Management Systems and 27001:2013 Information Security Management Systems after completing a phase two audit with British Standards Institution (BSI). Auditors with BSI also reaffirmed the company’s ISO 22301:2019 Security and Resilience — Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS), advising that FortisTCI has maintained BCMS standards.

These two new certifications for IT Service Management Systems (ISO 20000) and Information Security Management Systems (ISO 27001) confirm that FortisTCI has appropriate policies and procedures in place that meet international best practices. It further means that the company is adhering to the highest levels of efficiency, protecting customer information, and taking proactive measures to secure all sensitive data within its remit.
