"FROM POOLSIDE TO PRIME TIME — THE RACE TO BE NAMED TCI TOP MODEL HAS BEGUN!"

It was truly a day where beauty was personified at the reflecting pool of the glamorous and ultra-exclusive The Palms Resort on Providenciales this past weekend.

On Saturday, April 26th, the spotlight shone brightly on the eight exceptional contestants vying for the coveted title, The Face of the Turks & Caicos - TCI Top Model 2025.

The event, themed "Beauty Personified", featured the show-stopping fashion segment Caribbean Safari Muse, where contestants made their stunning debut in daring leopard-print ensembles, exquisitely styled to complement their bold hair and dramatic makeup looks. Strutting confidently around the reflecting pool, each contestant commanded attention with poise, presence, and personality—earning thunderous applause from an awestruck audience.

Hosted by the charismatic O’Brian Forbes, the event featured a special vocal performance by Robyn Hinds, an appearance by former TCI Top Model 2012, Washanda Registre-Francis and remarks from Karen Whitt, Vice-President of Marketing and Brand Development for Hartling Group. Guests were also treated to an exclusive fashion parade featuring styles from the Spa and Wish boutiques, both located at The Palms Resort. To top it off, each attendee received a gift certificate for discounted luxury spa services.

“The contestants were bold, confident, and absolutely captivating,” shared Dee Barker, Sales Executive at Sotheby’s International Realty. “From their styling to their fierce walk and dramatic lashes, it was reminiscent of something straight out of Vogue or Cosmopolitan Magazines. I was completely transported—Milan, perhaps! It exceeded every expectation.”

Now in its sixth cycle, TCI Top Model 2025 is set to be the most ambitious yet—offering over $35,000 in cash and prizes, international media coverage, and invaluable career opportunities. The winner, along with the First and Second Runners-Up, will be featured in Times of the Islands and Discover Turks and Caicos magazines, and will serve as brand ambassadors for Basic Essentials, Queen of the World Spa, and more. All three will receive state-of-the-art smartphones courtesy of FLOW TCI, cash prizes, and a host of exclusive gifts—cementing their status as fashion influencers and cultural icons.

What’s next? The Mainstream Media Challenge event (media invite only) on Saturday, May 17th, where one contestant will win an editorial prize and shine in the media spotlight.

The journey will culminate at the highly anticipated Grand Finale – En Vogue – on Saturday, May 31st, 2025, at Brayton Hall, Providenciales. The evening will begin with a pre-show from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, featuring a soulful performance by Dwayne Thomas of Soul Music Entertainment.

Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed with complimentary beverages and gourmet nibbles to set the mood. The main event, starting at 8PM - the 2025 TCI Top Model Contest, will feature electrifying live performances by Devonte Missick and TESS the Entertainer.
