Grace Bay Club Staff Employee of the Year Awards

Hakeem Lloyd, Guerline Herilien, Yves Missick, Lotoya Smythe-Penn, Antonio Lazario and Jazrie Williams emerged as the winners at the Grace Bay Club Resort’s Employee, Leaders and Supervisor of the Year 2025 Awards.

Lloyd, from the Food and Beverage Department captured the Leader of the Year for the front of House. Herilien, from the House-keeping Department took home the Leader of the Year for the Heart of the House.

Misick, who works at the Grill, snared the Supervisor of the Year for the Front of the House. Smythe-Penn, from the House-keeping Department walked away with the Supervisor of the Year for the Heart of the House.

Lazaro, who works as a personal concierge, was awarded Employee of the Year for the Front of the House, while Williams, who works in Account, took home the Employee of the Year for the Heart of the House,

General Manager, Jonathon Lithgow, praised the all the nominees, especially the winners for their attitude of going above and beyond to ensure that guest are satisfied. He also encouraged employees to seek help whenever they become overwhelmed, reiterating Grace Bay Club Resort is a team.
