Scotiabank has once more been recognized by Global Finance Magazine (New York), which determines the best financial institutions around the world every year, as the Best Bank in Turks and Caicos Islands this year.
The Bank was selected for its performance in several categories, including finances, service offerings and developments to enhance customer experience in 2021.
Commenting on the Bank’s achievement, Dr. Suzan Snaggs-Wilson – Managing Director, Scotiabank TCI expressed gratitude to all stakeholders that contributed to the Bank’s success.
“This accomplishment would not have been possible without the Scotiabank team and our customers. At Scotiabank, we are committed to delivering best-in-class service and investing in technology that will propel our service offerings,” she said.
“We are grateful for the support from our loyal customers who continue to trust in us as we partner to secure their financial wellness,” Dr. Snaggs-Wilson stated.
The award was primarily granted as a result of the Bank’s progress in the efficient digital transformation of its business with the installation of the first smart deposit machines in TCI, introducing the metal version of the platinum American Express card, which offers significant benefits to cardholders, and the continuous features added to the Scotia Caribbean Mobile App, including the launch of Scotia SelectPay™ - an installment program for credit card customers.
