Invest TCI Searches For Consultant To Develop 5-Year Strategic Plan



The country’s investment promotion agency, Invest Turks and Caicos Agency (Invest TCI) has announced a Request for Proposal (RFP) for contracting a consultant to develop a five-year strategic plan for the organization. The deadline for RFP submission is October 8th, 2021.


Qualified contractors are invited to submit proposals to provide consultancy services to develop the Agency’s Strategic Plan (2022-2026) to assist Invest TCI in articulating its mandate. This includes articulating its vision and mission, defining the strategic objectives that will guide the Agency's direction for the next five (5) years, developing value propositions for the development priorities, and how these should be translated operationally.


Applicants must demonstrate their capacity to undertake the assignment and present a budget that proposes a sustainable plan to support operations.

“This five-year strategic plan for Invest Turks and Caicos is key to ensuring that we attract and move forward with the right investments – i.e., those that benefit the residents of the TCI, our Government, and the investors.


“As such, this consultancy is key, as the successful candidate will play an important role in contributing to the economic development of the TCI. I am encouraging all interested parties to submit a proposal to Invest TCI – particularly qualified Turks and Caicos Islanders, including those living abroad.
