The Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force (RT&CIPF) Traffic Enforcement Unit has formally charged Diemslor Saint-Surin for allegedly using another person’s driver’s license.

Saint-Surin, 30, of South Dock Road, Providenciales, was granted bail in the amount of $3,000 with one surety. He is set to appear in court on March 27, 2025 to answer the charge.

The charge stems from an incident that took place on March 11, 2025, along Industrial Drive. Following investigations, authorities determined that Saint-Surin had used a driver’s license that did not belong to him.

The RT&CIPF reminds the public that using another person’s driver’s license is a serious offence. Authorities urge all drivers to comply with the laws governing the Turks and Caicos Islands.
