Masked Gunmen Target Vehicle in Grand Turk Robbery

Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred late Sunday night on Good Street, Grand Turk, leaving several victims shaken but unharmed.


According to the Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force (RT&CIPF), the incident took place around 9:55 p.m. on September 28, 2025. Initial reports indicate that four individuals were seated in a silver motor vehicle when two masked men, both armed with handguns, approached.


The suspects allegedly ordered the occupants out of the vehicle and instructed them to lie face down on the ground. The victims complied, after which the assailants searched both the individuals and the vehicle before fleeing the scene with personal belongings.


No shots were fired, and police confirmed that no injuries were reported.


Detectives from the Serious Crime Unit, supported by officers from the Response and Patrol Units, processed the scene. Investigations are ongoing.


Authorities are urging anyone who may have seen or heard anything suspicious in the Good Street area around the time of the robbery to come forward.
