Police Launch Probe into Death of Five Cays Man

The Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force (RTCIPF) has opened an investigation following the discovery of a man’s body early this morning in Five Cays, Providenciales.

According to police, the Control Room received a call around 5:02 a.m. reporting a male lying motionless near Liz Bakery. Responding officers located the body of 58-year-old John Noel Parker, found face down along the right shoulder of the roadway near nearby bushes.

Preliminary checks revealed a small wound on the left side of Mr. Parker’s head. A post-mortem examination will be conducted to confirm the cause of death. Officers continue gathering evidence as the investigation remains active.

The RTCIPF has extended condolences to Mr. Parker’s family and friends and is urging anyone with information or CCTV footage to assist.
