PROJECT I.D.E.A. SUMMER PROGRAM DEADLINE EXTENDED

Young creatives across the Turks and Caicos Islands now have more time to sign up for Project I.D.E.A. Media Club’s dynamic summer program, thanks to an extended registration deadline of June 13, 2025.

Sessions begin on July 4, 2025, and will be held twice a week at the National Stadium for two months. Open to participants aged 14 to 21, the program offers hands-on training in filmmaking, photography, journalism, and content creation—empowering young people to build valuable skills while contributing to safer, stronger communities.

Participants will benefit from comprehensive technical training and hands-on project work that bring classroom concepts to life. They will have access to professional equipment, providing them with the tools to create high-quality content.

The program also offers real-world experience at local sports events, enabling participants to build volunteer hours and enhance their resumes. Additionally, students will connect with industry professionals and peers, gaining valuable networking opportunities. By the end of the program, each participant will have developed a polished portfolio to support their university or job applications.
