RTCIPF announces Jingle Jam Competition Winners Winners

The Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force's Community Policing Unit proudly announces the winners of the Christmas Jingle Competition held under the theme "Stop the Violence."


High school students showcased their creativity and commitment to promoting peace in the community by composing one-minute anti-violence video clips set to the beat of popular Christmas songs.


During the award ceremony on December 28, 2023, at Police Headquarters, Airport Road, Providenciales, the acting Commissioner of Police, Mr. Rodney Adams, expressed his admiration for all participating students. He commended the winners for their exceptional creativity and dedication to fostering positive change.

The winners of the Christmas Jingle Competition are as follows:


1st Place - Song: Nathanael Marcelin (Prize: PS5 Game Console)

2nd Place - Poem: Tyerah James (Prize: XBOX X Game Console)

3rd Place - Poem: Dianna Charles (Prize: Tablet)


The award ceremony was attended by Superintendent of Divisions and Community Policing Dwight Gardiner, Sgt. Huntley Forbes Jr. of the Community Policing Unit, as well as sponsors Khashy Sheibani and Mr. Drexler Smith. Family members of the winners were also present to celebrate the students' achievements.


The Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force congratulates all participants and extends appreciation to the winners for using their talents to advocate for a more peaceful community. The success of the Christmas Jingle Competition highlights the positive impact that creative initiatives can have on addressing societal issues.
