Police Seek Public’s Help to Locate Missing 13-Year-Old Girl

The Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force is appealing to the public for urgent assistance in locating 13-year-old Selena Monica Williams, who was reported missing from her home in Five Cays, Providenciales.
According to police, Selena was last seen on Wednesday, May 14, 2025. She is described as having brown eyes, a dark complexion, and a medium build. Her height was not disclosed in the police bulletin. She was last known to reside at Granny Hill in the Five Cays area.
The police has listed her as run-a-way. Selena was born on August 1, 2011, in Providenciales and is a Turks Islander by nationality.
Authorities have emphasized that anyone who may have seen Selena or has knowledge of her whereabouts is urged to come forward.
Under Section 32 (2) of the Juvenile Ordinance Chapter 3.07, it is a criminal offence to knowingly assist, induce, harbor, or conceal a juvenile who has run away from the care of their legal guardian. Police are reminding the public that interfering with an active search for a missing child may result in prosecution.
The police are appealing that if any member of the public has information regarding her whereabouts to call 911 or contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-8477. Tips can also be submitted anonymously through the Crime Stoppers online portal at www.crimestoppers.tc. All reports are handled confidentially and routed through Miami-Dade Police to protect the identity of informants.
Residents are advised not to send crime-related information via the RTCIPF’s Facebook or Twitter pages.
As the investigation continues, the community of Five Cays and the wider Turks and Caicos Islands anxiously await any development that may lead to Selena’s safe return.
