TCI Beach Soccer Ladies End Bahamas Competition On Winning Note

Updated: Oct 24, 2022

The Turks and Caicos Islands National Football Ladies ended the Beach Soccer Worldwide tri-nation friendly on a winning note, clipping home team The Bahamas by a 3-2 margin in the second of their two games on Saturday, October 22.

The scorers for the Turks and Caicos Team were Kadine Delphin, Kayley Halland Jodeé Harvey.

The win was an exponential lift from their opening encounter on Friday, October 21, against Trinidad and Tobago to whom they lost 0-8.

The determined local ladies, though, quickly put the disappointment behind them, regrouped with confident, which later translated into them turning back the home team in a show of grit and purpose.

The Bahamas ended the competition winless, losing to eventual winners Trinidad and Tobago 11-6.

The competition serves as a sharpener for the local ladies’ preparation for upcoming competitions.
