The in-person registration protocol ensures the utmost level of privacy and security for users, safeguarding their sensitive information and fostering trust.
To join My Care Corner, an onsite/in-person patient verification is required at the check-in window or during your next clinic visit. Upon receiving the email link, create your account to access health information through the portal. Download the My Care Corner app from the App Store or Google Play, log in with your portal credentials to view your health information, and set a 4-digit pin for convenient future sign-ins.
