The Turks and Caicos Islands Red Cross said it is excited to announce its “Win a KIA” fundraising raffle, giving one lucky resident the chance to drive away with a KIA just in time for Christmas.

The raffle will raise funds for the organisation’s humanitarian programmes, including disaster management, community preparedness, first aid, health and wellbeing, psychosocial support, safeguarding and youth initiatives. Proceeds will also help fund volunteer training, public education, emergency response supplies and equipment.

“This is the first raffle of its kind for the TCI Red Cross, and we are thrilled to give someone the chance to win a KIA while making a difference in our communities,” said TCI Red Cross Director Candianne Williams.

“People often think of the Red Cross when a hurricane or another emergency strikes, but our work continues throughout the year,” she continued. “We teach first aid, help families prepare for emergencies and support people through challenging times. Funds raised through this raffle will help us sustain these services throughout these islands.”

The organisation also helps people separated from loved ones restore family links, provides emotional support during difficult circumstances and addresses community needs through its thrift shop.

The winning ticket will be drawn on November 28, 2026. Tickets cost $25 for one, $100 for five, or $200 for 12 and can be purchased at the TCI Red Cross Office or the Red Hot Thrift Shop, located at Sunshine Plaza, 1005 Leeward Highway, Providenciales.

Individuals, businesses and community organisations are encouraged to purchase tickets for themselves, their employees, friends or family members, and to share the opportunity within their networks.

“Whether you purchase one ticket or a bundle, your contribution matters,” Williams added. “We invite everyone to get involved and help us reach more people across the Turks and Caicos Islands.”
