Turks and Caicos Islands’ Tajhari Williams and Sean Walters will turn their attention to the 50m butterfly on Friday on Friday in the FINA World Junior Championship currently taking place in Lima, Peru.
Sean is scheduled to compete in lane 5 of Heat 2 of that race, while Tajhari is down to compete in late three in the third heat.
Both were in the pool on Thursday, competing in the 50m backstroke and the 50m freestyle. Tajhari and Sean competed in Heat 2 of the men’s 50m backstroke.
Tajhari, who swam from lane 3, finished in third position in a time of 30.22, while Sean, who, competing from lane 7, finished in eighth position in a time of 33:30.
In the 50m freestyle heats, Tajhari, swimming from lane one, finish sixth in his heat. In his freestyle heat, Sean finished sixth in a time of 27.75 seconds.
