A strike each from De'Aysia Seymour, Rosaria Talbot and Wandelis Medina carried Teachers FC to a 3-0 win over Cheshire FC in the first of double header in the TCIFA Women’s Premier League on Friday at the TCI Field.
Seymour, donning the number 7 jersey, opened the scoring in the 18th minute of play. Talbot, in the number 10 shirt, widened the lead in 39th minute, with Medina putting the lid on things in the 65th minute.
Thamara Louis was named Player of the Match for Teachers FC, while Shekinah Smith was adjudged Player of the Match for Cheshire Hall.
In the feature encounter, Academy Eagles and SWA Sharks battled to a scoreless stalemate. Sansa Modeste was named Player of the Match for SWA Sharks FC, while Briangelis Meises was named Player of the Match for Academy Eagles
