The Sanctuary on Flamingo Lake proudly announces the official opening of Lakehouses 7 and 8, the latest milestone in the development of this thoughtfully designed lakeside community in Turtle Tail.

Conceived by acclaimed international architecture firm Blee Halligan, these contemporary Lakehouses blend elegant modern design with the natural beauty of Flamingo Lake, offering residents a tranquil retreat in one of the most desirable locations in the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Developers Todd Foss and Trevor Musgrove, in collaboration with The Agency, hosted a private unveiling to showcase the completion of the first two Lakehouses— both embodying the clean lines, open-plan interiors, and seamless indoor-outdoor living that define The Sanctuary’s unique architectural vision.

“These Lakehouses are the realization of our long-held vision to create a truly special enclave at Flamingo Lake,” said Todd Foss, Developer. “The Sanctuary is about simplicity, elegance, and connection to the environment — and we’re thrilled to see the Lakehouses come to life in such a stunning way.”

Trevor Musgrove, Developer, added: “What sets The Sanctuary apart is the balance we’ve struck between privacy and community. These homes allow owners to enjoy the serenity of lakeside living while being just minutes from the beach, the marina, and all that Providenciales has to offer.”

With interiors that feature natural materials, soft neutral palettes, and panoramic views over the lake, each villa is meticulously designed to foster a sense of calm and connection to nature. Blee Halligan’s architecture emphasizes sustainability and harmony with the surroundings, reinforcing The Sanctuary’s ethos as a modern oasis.

Sean O’Neill, Managing Partner of The Agency Turks & Caicos, said: “There’s nothing quite like The Sanctuary in the Turks & Caicos market. It’s a rare blend of architectural excellence, curated design, and a prime waterfront location. The completed Lakehouses represent the caliber of homes we’re proud to bring to our buyers.”

With sales already underway, The Sanctuary continues to attract interest from international buyers seeking privacy, beauty, and architectural pedigree. The Sanctuary is available for private tours by appointment.

The Sanctuary is an exclusive collection of architecturally designed Lakehouses located on the serene shores of Flamingo Lake in Turtle Tail, Providenciales. Developed with a commitment to craftsmanship, design integrity, and sustainable living, The Sanctuary offers a rare opportunity to own a contemporary lakeside home in one of Turks and Caicos’ most sought-after neighborhoods.
