The Strand Records Strong Growth in Early 2026 as Demand Surges

The Strand at Cooper Jack Bay in Providenciales is reporting a strong start to 2026, with significant growth across both its resort operations and residential real estate offerings.

According to a recent update, the luxury resort-residential community has expanded its rental program to 69 keys, up from 39 during the same period last year. The increase reflects continued construction progress and the addition of new residences, with further completions expected in the coming months.

According to The Strand, this expansion has been matched by a sharp rise in demand. Bookings at the property have increased by more than 500 percent year over year, signaling growing interest in the development as it matures within the Turks and Caicos Islands tourism and real estate market.

Located along the secluded coastline of Cooper Jack Bay, The Strand is increasingly being recognized as a well-positioned destination offering both privacy and high-end amenities. Recent improvements to landscaping and beachfront infrastructure have contributed to the property’s evolving appeal, with the beachfront now fully established and the grounds more developed.

Developers have also confirmed plans to begin construction on several new amenities, including a spa, children’s club, and an artist-in-residence apartment. These additions are expected to enhance the resort’s long-term value and broaden its appeal to both visitors and property owners.

The resort has indicated that sales activity has accelerated alongside the resort’s growth, with a limited number of units remaining. Available inventory includes four villas, comprising one two-bedroom and three three-bedroom homes, as well as four Signature Residences.

The remaining villas are fully completed, furnished, and already integrated into the rental program, generating consistent income while remaining available for owner use.

Meanwhile, The Strand further noted that the Signature Residences are positioned as a premium offering, featuring four-bedroom layouts with ocean views and dual primary suites. The finalized interior designs emphasize natural materials, open-concept living, and seamless indoor-outdoor integration.

With demand rising and inventory narrowing, The Strand appears poised to continue its upward trajectory as one of the notable resort-residential developments in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
