Three matches will be played in the Turks and Caicos Islands Football Association’s (TCIFA) Provo Premier League this weekend.
There will be a doubleheader on Saturday, October 16 and a lone game on Sunday, October 17.
In the first game of the doubleheader on Saturday, SWA Sharks will faceoff against Eagles Football Club at 6 p.m. and in the feature encounter at 8 p.m. Beaches Football Club will do battle against Teachers Football Club.
In the lone game on Sunday, Flamingo Football Club will go up against Blue Hills Football Club, beginning at 6p.m.
In games played last weekend, Beaches trounced Flamingo FC 4-0; Academy, who have been on a long winning streak, defeated Teachers FC 2-0.
The competition, which began in September is nearing its halfway stage, and as a result, teams are scrambling for valuable points.
The top four goal-scorers in the competition so far are Jean Innocent with eight goals, followed by Patrick Alouidor with six and Junior Paul with five, with Mike Jean with five goals.
