Tickets On Sale for 16th Caribbean Food & Wine Festival
November 3–8, 2026 | Six Days of Food, Wine, Culture & Caribbean Flavour
The table is set, the wines are ready and tickets are officially on sale for the 16th Annual Caribbean Food & Wine Festival (CFWF), taking place November 3–8, 2026.

Co-founded by Nikheel Advani of Grace Bay Resorts and Tony Garland of Wine Cellars, CFWF has become one of Turks and Caicos’ most anticipated annual celebrations, bringing together exceptional chefs, celebrated winemakers, local culinary talent and food lovers from around the world.
And while food and wine take centre stage, CFWF is a charity event at heart, created to give back to the Turks and Caicos community.
“This festival has always been about bringing people together around great food, exceptional wine and our incredible Caribbean community,” said Nikheel Advani, Co-Founder of CFWF, COO and Co-Founder of Grace Bay Resorts. “This year’s lineup is incredibly exciting, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back to the table.”
SIX DAYS. ONE BIG TASTE OF THE CARIBBEAN.

Saturday, November 7 — Wine, Jerk & Fire
Saturday is a full day of exquisite food and wine, starting with The Wine Experience at Marine Room, pairing the wines of our visiting winemakers with locally inspired dishes.
Then it’s time to turn up the island energy at the Turks Head Jerk Festival, celebrating Caribbean food, music and culture at Turks Head Brewery.
And later that evening, everything touches the smoke at Salt, Sand & Fire on Grace Bay Beach, where international chef India brings her extraordinary culinary journey to Turks and Caicos.
A London-born British chef who has called New York home for more than a decade, Chef India’s career spans some of the most respected kitchens on both sides of the Atlantic. She trained and worked at La Trompette and Bibendum in London, cooked in France and Spain, and later joined New York’s The NoMad and Crown Shy, before becoming Executive Sous Chef at the two-Michelin-starred SAGA.
Today, she is Co-Owner and Executive Chef of Markette in Chelsea, where European technique meets the flavours and traditions of her Caribbean heritage. Her talent was recognized with the 2025 Michelin Guide Northeast Cities Young Chef Award, while Markette is featured in the Michelin Guide.
Her Caribbean connection is personal. Raised in London by a Jamaican mother and Scottish father, Chef India draws inspiration from her grandmother’s Jamaican cooking — making her appearance at CFWF a particularly fitting celebration of the connection between global culinary excellence and Caribbean heritage.
At Salt, Sand & Fire, that journey comes to the beach, where fire, smoke, sand and sea meet Chef India’s distinctive culinary perspective for one unforgettable night.
Sunday, November 8 — Veuve Clicquot Brunch
The festival goes out in style with the Veuve Clicquot Brunch at South Bank, featuring award-winning chefs, Veuve Clicquot Champagne and an unforgettable Sunday celebration.
