Set against the refined elegance of The Shore Club, the 11th Annual An Exclusive Evening of Art Exhibition and Fundraiser unfolded as a dazzling celebration of art, philanthropy, and community spirit.

This year also marked the successful debut of a Pre-Show VVIP access experience, offering early guests an intimate preview of the collection and setting the tone for an extraordinary evening.
The event achieved a remarkable milestone, raising $151,000 in support of the Edward Gartland Youth Centre and over $87,000 for participating artists, marking one of the most successful editions in the event’s history.

A record number of guests gathered for an unforgettable night defined by sophistication and creative brilliance. The exhibition featured exceptional works from distinguished local and international artists, complemented by breathtaking, show-stopping pieces from the Centre’s student artists, a powerful reminder of the transformative role of art in young lives.
Guests were further wowed by vibrant performances from members of the Youth Centre, alongside a soulful musical set from alumni DeAngelo McCleod of Soulful D, adding an emotional and celebratory dimension to the evening.

The Art Show Committee, in collaboration with Finishing Touch, curated an exhibition of exceptional calibre, raising the bar for artistic presentation and experience. The atmosphere reached its crescendo during a thrilling live auction masterfully orchestrated by Sotheby’s New York Vice President & Auctioneer, Phyllis Kao, whose commanding presence energized the room.
Spotlight moments included headline works from internationally celebrated artist Bradley Theodore Harvey and artists Romello Williams, Fay Ninon, Eleanor McKnight, and Agile Levin, whose pieces captivated collectors and commanded centre stage in an electric exchange of bids.

“This year’s art auction was driven by the star power of native son and internationally renowned artist Bradley Theodore Harvey and the refined powerhouse Phyllis Kao from Sotheby’s New York City, who ran an electric live auction and with Bradley elevated the entire evening,” said Joe Zahm, President of Turks and Caicos Islands Sotheby’s International Realty.
The Youth Centre Director reflected on the significance of the evening, sharing, “We are beyond thankful for the unwavering support of our sponsors, artists, community, visitors, volunteers and everyone involved. This truly allows us to continue making a positive impact in the lives of our youth and the community at large.”

The event’s impeccable presentation was made possible through the generous partnership of Gilley’s Enterprises, The Shore Club, Turks and Caicos Islands Sotheby’s International Realty, and Finishing Touch. Special thanks are extended to Wymara Resort and Villas, West Bay Club, Beach Enclave Long Bay, Seven Stars, Salterra, and Amanyara for their generous support through donated stays for the auction.
As the evening drew to a close, one sentiment resonated clearly, art remains a powerful catalyst for connection and change. Organizers now look ahead with anticipation and invite patrons to save the date for January 30, 2027, when the next edition promises to once again redefine elegance, creativity, and impact.
