In an effort to streamline its communication process and to ensure that all queries are handled promptly and efficiently, the Citizenship and Naturalizations Department has created a general email address to be used for all products and services of the department.
The email address is - citizenshipandnaturalization@gov.tc.
Using the email address, according to the Citizenship and Naturalizations Department, will ensure that the public's queries and concerns are directed to the appropriate unit and to be addressed in a timely manner.
"Therefore, we kindly request that you use this email address for any inquiries related to our department's products and services. Our team is committed to providing you with the best possible service, and we look forward to hearing from you and providing quality service to you," a statement from that department said.
