The TCI Integrity Commission, in partnership with the Civil Service Association, is extending heartfelt appreciation to the many hardworking civil servants across the Turks and Caicos Islands who continue to serve the public with integrity, professionalism, and dedication — often without recognition or applause.

Under the theme “Thank You for Serving with Integrity,” the President of the Civil Service Association is encouraging public officers throughout the Turks and Caicos Islands to remain committed to the highest standards of public service and to continue striving toward the “gold standard” of excellence championed by the Office of the Deputy Governor, the Head of the Public Service which was echoed in the Orientation Training in April.
Civil servants are the backbone of national development and public trust. Every day, many officers quietly go beyond the call of duty to ensure services are delivered fairly, transparently, efficiently, and respectfully. Their commitment to ethical leadership, accountability, openness, and honesty plays a critical role in strengthening confidence in the public service and advancing good governance throughout the country.
Demarco Williams, President of the Civil Service Association noted that while the work of public officers is not always publicly acknowledged, their contributions do not go unnoticed.
“To every civil servant who continues to serve with professionalism, compassion, fairness, and integrity — even during challenging moments — we see you, and we appreciate you,” Williams noted. “Your integrity matters, your service matters, and your commitment to excellence is helping to build a stronger Turks and Caicos Islands.”
Together, the Civil Service Association and the Integrity Commission encourage all civil servants to continue pursuing excellence and serving as positive examples for future generations of public officers.
We hope that this message reminds public officers that their service matters, their integrity matters, and their hard work is seen and appreciated.
“Thank You for Serving with Integrity.”
The Integrity Commission invites each civil servant to watch, share, and reflect on the important role you play in upholding integrity, honesty, accountability, and good faith throughout the Turks and Caicos Islands in the service you provide to the public.
