New Attorney Member Appointed To The Integrity Commission

Her Excellency the Governor, Dileeni Daniel-Selvaratnam, following consultation with the Bar Council, has announced the appointment of Mr. Jonathan M. Katan KC, as the attorney member of the Integrity Commission, in accordance with Section 3(2)(c) of the Integrity Commission Ordinance.

Mr. Katan has a strong background in complex litigation, trusts and estate planning, regulatory compliance and cross-border advisory work. His multidisciplinary expertise and professional distinction will add valuable expertise to the Commission’s oversight and governance responsibilities. 

In his new role, Mr. Katan will contribute to the Commission’s mandate to uphold the highest standards of integrity, accountability and transparency across public life.
