Scotiabank (Turks & Caicos) Limited has completed posting transactions that were previously delayed, according to an update issued Monday by the Turks and Caicos Islands Financial Services Commission (FSC).

The regulator said the bank confirmed that all affected transactions had been processed as of Saturday, May 9, 2026.
The update follows recent customer concerns surrounding delayed banking transactions, which prompted oversight from the Commission.
While the delayed transactions have now reportedly been posted, the FSC said it will continue monitoring the situation and working with the bank to ensure consumers receive timely and reliable service.
Customers with questions or concerns about their accounts are being encouraged to contact Scotiabank’s Client Experience Centre at 649-941-7774.
Customers who continue to experience issues are being advised to file a formal complaint with the Financial Services Commission through its online complaints portal at https://www.tcifsc.tc/complaints-against-license-holders.
