The 16th Annual Chocolate Lovers Showcase delivered another unforgettable evening of culinary creativity, elegance, and generosity, with The Shore Club and COMO Parrot Cay emerging as the 2026 champions of one of Providenciales’ most anticipated annual events.
Â

Held on the first Saturday in February on the grounds of the Palms Resort, the Chocolate Lovers Showcase remains a signature highlight on the Turks and Caicos Islands’ social calendar. Each year, the event brings together residents, visitors, chefs, sponsors, and volunteers for a night that blends indulgence with impact, all in support of youth development across the country.
Â
This year’s showcase featured an impressive array of savory and sweet chocolate creations, expertly prepared by some of the island’s most talented culinary teams. Guests were treated to imaginative dishes that demonstrated chocolate’s remarkable versatility, from rich, cocoa-infused savory offerings to decadent desserts designed to delight the senses.
Â
The atmosphere was lively yet refined, with guests enjoying tastings while engaging in friendly competition through silent and live auctions. The evening reflected not only culinary excellence but also a shared spirit of community and compassion.
Â
As voted by attending guests, top honors were awarded in two major categories.
Â

In the category of Best Savory Chocolate Creation, The Shore Club came away winners, with COMO Parrot Cay claiming the second spot, a recognition for their outstanding and innovative savory presentations.
Â
For Best Sweet Chocolate Creation, COMO Parrot Cay secured the top spot. Pelican Bay Restaurant, whose dessert offerings captivated guests, earned second spot.
Â
The Salvation Army Advisory Committee, led by businessman Todd Foss, expressed sincere appreciation to the event’s main sponsors, Royal Jewels, The Regent Palms, and Grace Bay Car Rentals,  whose generous support played a pivotal role in the success of the 2026 showcase. Gratitude was also extended to the additional sponsors, donors, participating chefs, volunteers, and guests whose contributions made the evening truly special.
Â
The organisers also thanked the collective generosity, noting also that 100 percent of the funds raised will be donated directly to The Salvation Army TCI and the Brighter Futures Centre. These organizations continue to play a vital role in supporting the development, empowerment, and well-being of young people throughout the Turks and Caicos Islands.
