TCI Minister of Information attends Caribbean Broadcasting Union Assembly

Turks and Caicos Islands Minister Erwin Jay Saunders attended the Caribbean Broadcasting Union’s 57th Annual General Assembly in Guyana, joining regional media, government and business leaders for discussions on the future of broadcasting and communications across the Caribbean.

Minister Saunders, whose ministerial responsibilities include Innovation, Technology and Energy, participated in engagements aimed at strengthening regional cooperation at a time when the media industry is undergoing rapid technological change.

Among the activities held on the sidelines of the assembly was a bilateral meeting between Minister Saunders and Guyana’s Minister within the Office of the Prime Minister, Kwame McCoy.
