Valedictorians Announced for High Schools; Graduation and Prize-Giving Ceremonies Announced

The Ministry of Education, Youth, Sports and Culture proudly extends heartfelt congratulations to the graduating Class of 2025 from public high schools across the Turks and Caicos Islands.

This year, a total of 322 students have successfully completed the requirements for graduation as outlined in the national Education Policy (2005).

This important milestone not only reflects the hard work and dedication of students, but also the unwavering support of families, educators, and the wider community. It signals the beginning of a promising new journey for these young men and women as they move forward toward higher education, careers, and other meaningful life paths.

Graduation and prize-giving ceremonies are scheduled to take place from Monday, 30 June to Thursday, 3 July 2025, where students will be officially recognized for their achievements across several categories of certification, including Diploma Distinction, Diploma Merit, Diploma Credit, Diploma Pass, Certificate, and Statement.

The Honourable Rachel Taylor, Minister of Education, Youth, Sports and Culture, shared the following message to mark the occasion:

“It is with great pride that I extend my heartfelt congratulations to all of our graduates. Your achievements are a true reflection of your dedication, perseverance, and the unwavering support you have received from your families, teachers, and communities.

I also wish to extend special congratulations to the students graduating from our private institutions. Your success equally highlights the important role that private schools play in our national education system, and I commend your efforts and accomplishments.

To all members of the Class of 2025, on behalf of the Ministry of Education, Youth, Sports and Culture, I wish you continued success and fulfilment in all your future endeavours. You have made us proud. Congratulations!”

As these graduates take the next steps in life, they are encouraged to remain grounded in their values, to stay curious and compassionate, and to continue striving toward their highest potential. The Ministry reaffirms its commitment to the youth of the Turks and Caicos Islands and remains dedicated to supporting their path to excellence.
