The standout showing came midweek as Paulsaint Standley produced a brilliant hat trick to lead Cheshire Hall to a 4-2 victory over Teachers Young Strikers. The attacking display set the tone for what would become a dominant run, capped by a resounding 7-1 triumph over Beaches FC.

Against Teachers Young Strikers, Cheshire Hall wasted no time asserting control. Standley opened the scoring in the 2nd minute and added two more goals in the 23rd and 34th minutes to complete a first-half hat trick that gave his side a comfortable 3-1 lead at the break. Teachers stayed within reach thanks to an own goal credited to Idelin Gardiner in the 19th minute, but Cheshire’s attacking quality proved decisive.

In the second half, Cheshire Hall maintained their composure and sealed the victory when DJuffson Charles found the net in the 81st minute. Teachers Young Strikers managed a late consolation goal through Emmanuel Harvey in the 89th minute, but it was not enough to threaten the result. Standley’s clinical finishing earned him Most Valuable Player (MVP) honors for Cheshire Hall, while Genixson Petion was named MVP for Teachers Young Strikers. Teachers also picked up two cautions, while Cheshire Hall completed the match without a single booking.

Cheshire Hall carried that momentum into their clash with Beaches FC, producing one of the most dominant performances of the season in a 7-1 rout. Idelin Gardiner led the charge with four goals, striking in the 2nd, 4th, 66th, and stoppage time to deliver a sensational individual display. Stanley Israel added a brace with goals in the 27th and 34th minutes, while Darrion Campbell also got on the scoresheet in the 50th minute.

Beaches FC struggled to contain the relentless attack but managed a lone goal through Deshaun Curtis in the 73rd minute. Gardiner’s four-goal performance earned him MVP honors for Cheshire Hall, while Curtis was recognized as Beaches FC’s top performer. Discipline remained relatively controlled, with just one caution issued to each team.

On Sunday, fans were treated to a thrilling contest between Flamingo FC and SWA Sharks FC, which ended in a dramatic 2-2 draw.

SWA Sharks FC struck early, with Brian Gregg converting a penalty in the 10th minute to give his side the advantage. Kevern Bellot extended the lead shortly after halftime, scoring in the 47th minute to put the Sharks firmly in control.

However, Flamingo FC mounted a remarkable late comeback. Ismael Athis ignited hope with a goal in the 82nd minute before Ashley Ojasma completed the rally with an equalizer in the 86th minute, sending the match to a thrilling finish.

Athis was named MVP for Flamingo FC, while Caleb Noncent earned MVP honors for SWA Sharks FC. The match was also marked by physical play, with three cautions issued to each team.

The competition was set to continue over the Easter Weekend.
