Shore Club Resort Honours Top Staff at First Quarter Heartbeat Awards

The Shore Club Resort on Tuesday, 31 March 2026, recognised its outstanding team members during its Heartbeat Awards Ceremony, held on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at the Long Bay property.

Claudia Fortuna is the winner of the January Back of House Award

The Food and Beverage Department was voted Department of the 1st Quarter

Kaylesa Basden was voted the winner of the December Front of House

Khem Guatam is the winner of the Front of House Award

Ornella Ward was voted Winner of the February Back of House 2026

The awards celebrate exceptional service and dedication among staff, highlighting both front-of-house and back-of-house employees across the first quarter of the year.

For the month of December, Kaylesa Basden was honoured as Front of House standout, while Jean Mislo earned recognition for Back of House excellence.

In January, the awards went to Khem Gautam (Front of House) and Claudia Fortuna (Back of House), reflecting their continued commitment to service quality.

For February, Anabel Paulino secured the Front of House award, with Ornella Ward recognised on the Back of House team.

The ceremony also highlighted top leadership performance for the quarter. Lorenzo Manalo was named Supervisor of the Quarter, while Keioceia Howell received the distinction of Manager of the Quarter.
