Tajhari Williams Shines on All-Broward County First Team

Major congratulations to Tajhari Williams, a standout swimmer from West Broward High School and a proud representative of the Turks and Caicos Islands Swim Federation, for earning First Team Honors on the 2025 All-Broward County High School Swimming Team. Williams’ performance this season placed him among the elite swimmers in one of Florida’s most competitive high school swimming districts.

Tajhari’s inclusion on the First Team is a testament to his strength and speed in multiple events, where he posted impressive times that placed him at the forefront of county competition. Achieving this honor requires not only exceptional ability but also dedication to daily training, consistent improvement, and competitive composure.


A native of the Turks and Caicos Islands, Tajhari’s journey in swimming began at a young age, including open water competitions where he earned podium finishes in local races, demonstrating versatility and endurance in both pool and open water environments.

Beyond high school accolades, Williams has also represented his nation at international meets, including World Aquatics Championships, where he competed on the global stage against elite international swimmers.


His remarkable achievement in Broward County not only highlights his personal talent but also shines a spotlight on Turks and Caicos swimming. The strong showing further underscores his potential as a developing athlete with aspirations for even higher competitive successes in the future.
