The Jaguars delivered a commanding all-round performance to defeat the Red Strikers by 142 runs after piling up 192 for 3 in their allotted 20 overs and then dismissing their opponents for just 50 in 12.5 overs.

The foundation for the Jaguars’ imposing total was laid by a spectacular knock from Trevon Garraway, who smashed 113 off just 59 balls in a breathtaking display of power hitting. Garraway’s innings included 15 fours and five sixes at a remarkable strike rate of 191.5. He dominated the Red Strikers’ bowling attack from the outset, ensuring the Jaguars maintained momentum throughout the innings before he was eventually dismissed by Dowaine Rodgers.
While Lesson Payne fell early for a five-ball duck and Quacy Paddy managed just three, Bradley Singh provided steady support with 35 off 48 deliveries, striking four boundaries and a six. Nuwan Budhinayake added late fireworks with an unbeaten 18 from just eight balls at a strike rate of 225.0.
The Jaguars were also aided by 23 extras, which included nine wides and five no-balls, as they finished strongly at a healthy run rate of 9.6.
In response, the Red Strikers never found their footing. Vibat Sonson (2) and Richard Thompson (4) were unable to build momentum, and wickets fell at regular intervals. Levaughn Mathurin top-scored with 11 off 14 balls, but no batter was able to convert a start into a meaningful contribution.
Quacy Paddy was instrumental with the ball for the Jaguars, claiming three wickets, including key scalps in the middle order. Daniel Bourne and Kirtley Charlerly each picked up two wickets, while Sheldon Phillips also chipped in. The disciplined bowling attack ensured the Red Strikers were bowled out for just 50, managing a run rate of only 3.9.
Levaughn Mathurin (1 for 18 from four overs) was the most economical bowler for the Red Strikers, while Chabbie Charlerly and Dowaine Rodgers claimed a wicket apiece, but the total proved far beyond reach.
Trevor Garraway was named Player of The Match.
